We generally require 25‑50% advance at confirmation. The balance is due 1 Week for Domestic packages & 1 month for International packages before departure. Some high‑demand bookings may need full upfront payment.
No hidden charges. All inclusions/exclusions are clearly mentioned. Optional activities or entry tickets are extra only if you opt in.
No fee for UPI or bank transfers. For card/EMI, banks may levy processing charges, which will be informed upfront before payment.
We understand emergencies. If cancelled with proper proof like medical conditions or a family bereavement, partial refunds may apply. We’ll negotiate with suppliers for the best possible outcome.
Refunds usually take 5‑10 working days after confirmation from hotels, transport, etc. For non‑refundable airline tickets refunded due to emergencies, it may take 45‑70 days.
