Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notify us, for cancellation within the specified time frames.

Cancellation charges as mentioned below :

• • Below 7 Days: Non-Refundable
• • 8 - 20 Days: 75% of Land Package Cost
• • 21 - 25 Days: 50% of Land Package Cost
• • 26 - 30 Days: 25% of Land Package Cost
• • Airfare cancellation charges are based on respective airlines.
• • Activities once booked & cancelled are Non-Refundable
• • Any booking done for peak period / long weekend / Non Refundable Hotel booking, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
• • For any refund case, final discretion by hotel/ ferry/ transporter.

Reschedule / Date Change Policy

• Reschedule request within 7 days of travel : Not permitted. Booking will be treated as cancelled and cancellation policy will apply.

• Reschedule request 8 - 15 days prior to travel: Subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of ₹500 per person any fare/hotel difference will apply.

• Reschedule request 16 - 30 days prior to travel: One-time rescheduling allowed, subject to availability. Only fare/hotel difference will apply.

Important Notes:

• • Rescheduling is applicable for the same hotel only, subject to room availability.
• • In case the same hotel is not available for the revised dates: You may wait for the next available date for the same hotel, OR The existing booking will need to be cancelled and a new booking made as per availability and applicable rates.
• • Any difference in airfare, hotel rates, or activity charges due to date change will be borne by the customer.
• • Rescheduled bookings are Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable.
• • Rescheduling is not applicable for peak periods, long weekends, or non-refundable bookings.
